Service Valet Porter - Westside Lexus Auto DealershipA Service Valet Porter will support the process of satisfying Lexus's customer demands by providing superior customer service.Essential Job Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Greet and welcome customers on the Service DriveAssess customer vehicles and document any vehicle damage before taking possession of the vehicleResponsible for parking vehicles and vehicle retrievalSupport the Lexus Advisor team in meeting the needs of the customersPerform quality inspections on loaner carsPerform custodial duties as assigned, such as stocking the lobby with customer beveragesMust also possess:Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customersAbility to communicate in EnglishExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearanceAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work outside in all weather conditionsPrior Customer Service Experience is a plusEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
