Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the escrow process for commercial real estate transactions. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure all requirements are met for a successful closing. Your role will involve handling the preparation, execution, and delivery of escrow documents and funds.

Responsibilities:

• Open, maintain, and close escrow accounts in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and review escrow instructions, amendments, and related documents.
• Manage all aspects of the escrow process, including funding and disbursement of funds.
• Conduct thorough examinations of property titles to identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure timely and accurate completion of all escrow-related tasks.
• Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings.
• Ensure all escrow files are complete and accurately documented.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the escrow process.
• Stay updated on changes in escrow laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the escrow process.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Escrow Officer in the state of Texas.
• Strong understanding of commercial escrow processes and state regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Qualia escrow software and MS Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
